At Rejoyce Childcare, our mission is to provide high quality childcare in a way that supports the well being of children, families and staff in our community. At Rejoyce we are passionate about providing an environment that nurtures children in all areas of development, striving to foster life long learners.  We believe children thrive best within the context of loving and caring relationships with families, adults and their peers. We strive to provide a safe, caring , respectful and inclusive environment where each child is honoured and seen as a capable and competent learner. Guided  by their own curiosity and inquiry based experiences in their environment, children learn to reach their full potential as learners and express themselves in many ways. 

Our values include developing authentic relationships with families and peers, teaching and learning about respecting diversity, and fundamentally important to all of us is the health and safety of each child. We believe all children are creative scientists and independent thinkers with the ability to problem-solve. We believe that by partnering with parents, we can create a constructive foundation that  will enable each child to realize their dreams.

We view the children cludes the goals and strategies that guide our daily activities and programs with the children at Rejoyce Caledon Childcare. Some of our primary goals include promoting the health, safety, and nutrition of the children; engaging the children in a play and inquiry-based program; fostering the healthy mental and physical development of the children.
